Instructions
To take the first step to making your dream wedding on Rhodes a reality, please download one of the two booking forms below:
For users with Microsoft Word
- Download the following booking form in "Word" format : Booking Form (Word)
- Open the document in Microsoft Word, and type in the the requested details
- Print out the completed form
- Post the booking form, with the appropriate deposit cheques to Eros Weddings at the address provided on the booking form
For users without Microsoft Word
- Download the Booking Form in PDF Format : Booking Form (PDF)
- Print out the PDF document
- Fill in the booking form by hand
- Post the booking form, with the appropriate deposit cheques to Eros Weddings at the address provided on the booking form.
