Terms and Conditions of Trade with Eros Weddings
- For Dream Rhodes Weddings, the Ceremony arrangement fee must be paid in full before the booking of your ceremony can be confirmed. The ceremony arrangement fee is non-returnable should you cancel your wedding ceremony for any reason
- For the Renewal of Vows service, the arrangement fee of £250 must be paid in full before the booking of your ceremony can be confirmed. This fee is non-returnable should you cancel your Renewal of Vows ceremony for any reason.
- For Luxury Hotel Weddings, a deposit of 50% is payable to secure the booking. In the event of you cancelling the wedding, any costs incurred by Eros Weddings and the venue prior to the cancellation will be deducted from the deposit, with the balance repaid to the client.
- Deposits for additional services must also be paid before booking of those services can be confirmed, and are also non-refundable.
- If the wedding is unable to take place due to factors beyond the control of Eros Weddings, and payments received are non-refundable. You are strongly advised to take out wedding insurance to cater for such eventualities.
- The receipt of the cleared cheque and confirmation from the bank is proof of deposit and payment.
- Any outstanding balances must be paid in full 2 months prior to your arrival in resort in Rhodes.
- If the balance is not paid the ceremony will be treated as Wedding Only and no additional services will be provided.
- Guests are responsible for the costs of transfer to and from the airport and to and from appointments at the Registrars Office, and any other appointments concerning the wedding.
- In addition guests are responsible for the cost of the Town Hall fee, the Town Hall fee varies from location to location.
- Couples are responsible for arriving in Rhodes with all the legal documents which are necessary for the wedding. Eros Weddings is not liable, and no refunds will be payable if a wedding is unable to be completed because of failure by the couple to supply the necessary documents.
- Couples are responsible for bearing the costs of legal documents, including translation fees. The costs of providing the necessary legal documentation are not included in the costs charged by Eros Weddings, and are payable by the clients directly to the relevant authorities.
- Dates and times of weddings are subject to change by registrar even at the last moment.
- Eros Weddings are not responsible for any changes made by any of the Registrars.
- The suppliers may be changed in exceptional circumstances but will be replaced by other professionals of a commensurate standard.
The submission of the Booking Form either by eMail or via post is
taken as proof that the Terms & Conditions listed above have been read,
understood and agreed to by both parties
