Ceremony Arrangement
Your Eros Weddings co-ordinator will see you safely through your special day, whether you want a simple wedding or an extravagant affair. The Wedding Arrangement Fee provides a superb, personal service dedicated to helping you have your dream day.
This starts with extensive phone and email communication as you plan the wedding, and includes several meetings during your stay on Rhodes to ensure your big day goes smoothly.

Planning your Ceremony
Once you have made the decision to get married or renew your vows with Eros Weddings, we will be in regular phone and email contact with you to iron out the details of your ceremony.
- Booking the ceremony location, date and time of your choice with the Greek authorities.
- Advising and assisting you with the legal requirements in Greece and in the UK to make your ceremony legally binding.
- Discussing and booking any additional optional extras you require for your wedding.
On your arrival in Rhodes
- Your wedding planner will meet you within 24 hours of your arrival on the island for a consultation; normally this is at your accommodation for your convenience. During this meeting we cover all the finer aspects of your wedding day from timing (who arrives when) to checking all the necessary documents.
- Additional services you require that have not already been pre-booked can be chosen and paid for during this meeting. All you have to decide is what you want.
- After this meeting your wedding coordinator liaises with the lawyer and Greek Registrar for the translation, legalisation and lodging of your relevant documentation.
- Booking of all goods and services, and liaising with all the suppliers in Greece on your behalf.
- Your wedding coordinator is on call throughout your stay in Rhodes, until 7 p.m (or midday on Sundays)
1-2 Days Before the Ceremony
- During this pre-wedding meeting with you at your accommodation, your wedding coordinator will have a final run through of your special day and put your mind to rest. This date is set for your convenience during your first meeting, and held a couple of days prior to your big day.
- If necessary last minute changes can be accommodated (subject to availability).
On the Big Day Itself
- On your wedding day, following a telephone call in the morning, your wedding coordinator will ensure everything goes to plan.
- Your wedding coordinator will be at the brides accommodation approximately an hour prior to your ceremony. (This is a service offered by Eros Weddings, if you prefer the wedding coordinator not to be present she will meet you at the ceremony venue itself.)
- Flowers ordered are delivered by the coordinator to the brides accommodation, and any reception venue arrangements you have ordered are doubled checked (whether for helium balloons or table arrangements) prior to your arrival.
- Your wedding planner will be present throughout your ceremony and during the photography to ensure that your special day runs smoothly.
- As you head off for your celebration, your wedding coordinator will part company to give you privacy to enjoy your special evening.
1-2 Days After the ceremony
- Within a couple of days of your wedding ceremony, your wedding planner will arrange for you to sign your official marriage licence at the relevant Town Hall.
- Eros Weddings can act as your witnesses if required.
- Your Eros Weddings coordinator liaises with the lawyer and Greek Registrar to translate and legalise your wedding certificates from Greek into English.
Final Meeting before you leave Rhodes
- We arrange a final meeting with you at your accommodation, where your wedding certificates are handed over to you.
- At this meeting, photographs and Videography DVDs are also presented to you, together with a wedding gift and card from Eros Weddings

least one additional service.
Additional Costs
The cost above is the amount payable to Eros Weddings for arranging your wedding - there are also additional Town Hall & Legal Fees payable directly to the local authorities while you are on the island.
