The bustling New Town built around Mandraki Harbour offers exclusive shops, modern tree lined streets and a casino. The oldest inhabited medieval city in Europe greets you with museums, ancient buildings and traditional tavernas – getting lost is an opportunity.

The island is very easy to get around – by bus, taxi or hiring scooters and cars. Tan time lasts from the end of April until the end of October, and the coastline is laden with blue flag beaches.
